In addition to providing some great step-by-step instructions, he shares some really interesting survey results (such as over 50% of the people who responded to his survey are not making a single cent online).

One of my personal goals is to help as many people as possible to start building a list and make that first sale. As a result, I have teamed up with a friend of mine (Lance T.) and we are currently creating a course that will help people do just that.

It is going to include step-by-step instructions, videos, and even teleseminars, and for a limited time we are planning to give it away for FREE (we really want to help people and are willing to provide the training for free in exchange for your testimonials and feedback). Does that sound fair?
