When I’m working with students, one of the most common challenges we run into is trying to find something that they can use as an ‘ethical bribe’ to entice people to opt-in to their email list.
Years ago you could offer a free newsletter and people were happy to opt-in, but these days thanks to the insane amount of emails and spam many of us get, that is simply no longer the case…
These days you usually need to offer a quality ‘gift’ or ‘ethical bribe’ to convince people to opt-in (and provide their name and email address).
Up until recently I used to suggest that students do a search on Google and try to find a free ebook related to their niche that includes giveaway rights (which basically means that you have the right to give it away for free).
Now I have a MUCH easier suggestion.

Please keep in mind that ideally you would like to offer a unique gift or at least use something that allows you to rebrand it with your own affiliate link(s).
Fortunately, these eBooks do allow you to rebrand them for a very small fee (you can rebrand any of the individual books for only $5, or you can purchase bundles that are much less per book).
However, even if you’re not interested in rebranding these ebooks, I think these are great for anyone who is struggling to create a unique ‘gift’ or find something other than a free newsletter to offer their visitors.

When I first read this report last year, I don’t think I had used any of these tools before. But now, I couldn’t live without a number of these tools myself.
For example, I use and highly recommend RoboForm (http://cli.gs/DownloadRoboForm). It is a really great password manager and form filler (and saves me so much time). Whenever I travel, RoboForm is a tool that I really miss and I’m now thinking about getting RoboForm2Go since it would give me the freedom and flexibility to carry all my passwords, contacts, and bookmarks with me.

I’ve been using a new keyword research tool called PPC Web Spy and I absolutely love this. One of the things I love most about it is the fact that it’s not a separate desktop application, but rather a tiny plugin that runs inside the Firefox web browser.
Also, given how powerful this plugin is, you might think you simply can’t afford to invest in this keyword research tool right now. Well since this keyword research tool is currently available for free, I think you can’t afford not to get it.
